2.14: Can I place an order without personalisation?
Yes. You can order eligible products without personalisation by selecting a standard item and adding it directly to your basket. Please note that not all items are available for purchase without personalisation.
2.15: Why does the discount percentage look incorrect?
Discounts may vary when multiple promotions are available or when an offer is subject to specific conditions, exclusions or eligibility requirements. Some discounts apply only to certain products, categories, order values or promotional periods. Be sure to review the offer details and requirements to confirm that the discount applies to your purchase.
2.16: Why was an offer visible earlier, but is now missing?
If an offer was visible previously but is no longer displayed, it may have expired or no longer be active. Once a promotion ends, it will no longer appear on the website or be applied to eligible products. Check the promotion details and validity period to confirm whether the offer is still available.
2.17: Can I use more than one discount or promo code?
Only one discount or promo code can be applied to eligible products per order. If multiple offers are available, the system will automatically apply the discount that meets the promotion requirements.
2.18: Why did my discount disappear at checkout or when I change the quantity?
Some discounts and promotions are tied to specific quantities, product options or purchase requirements. Changing the quantity may affect the promotion's eligibility, which can cause the discount to be removed or recalculated. Please contact Customer Support for the Fujifilm for Google Photos Print Store for further assistance.
2.19: Why is my promo code or coupon not working?
Promo codes are typically valid for a specific period and may be limited to certain regions or countries. A promo code may not work if it is expired, used outside the eligible location, or combined with another coupon or promotion that cannot be applied to the same order. Please contact Customer Support for Fujifilm for Google Photos Print Store for further assistance.
